If an item arrives damaged during shipping, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the damaged item and packaging. Claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Bagheera Esoteric is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages marked as delivered, customs delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
