Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During sales, holidays, product launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.
Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive tracking information when available. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Bagheera Esoteric is not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, customs inspections, labor disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping fees before being reshipped.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to the customer upon delivery of the package to the shipping carrier.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim or investigation.
While we take great care in packaging all products, Bagheera Esoteric is not responsible for damage occurring during transit. Customers should inspect packages upon arrival and report any shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of the packaging and damaged item(s).
